Digging dirt and rolling in mud. True Grit style.

Recently, Luke Kuss (LKX Excavation) traded his day job of digging dirt – excavation and earth works – for rolling in mud at this year’s edition of True Grit. Rounding up a team of tradies and joining his wife Sarah (personal trainer and Synergy64 founder) they earned their stripes at the event for the second year in row. True Grit is a 12 kilometre military-style obstacle course that tests fitness, strength and endurance.

Luke looks forward to growing the team for True Grit 2015, and also participating again in the Tour Down Under charity ride.

Luke Kuss swapped his excavator for 2 wheels at the Tour Down Under this year to support Sturt for Childhood Cancer. The ex-World Champion cyclist and World Record holder dusted off his road bike and rode the 70km distance from Hahndorf to Strathalbyn.
